Planning for the future: Fears and Reality
Q: Are you living with a chronic illness or long term condition such as #heart disease, #diabetes, #asthma, #arthritis, permanent #injury or #impairment❓
➡️Here are some points for others who care for them, especially in these crazy times.... look after each other
➡️Firstly, not only must these people manage their condition #medically, they must also maintain the ability to do simple things in life required if them each day.
➡️At the same time, they often need to deal with #frustration, #anger and #depression that can accompany any #chronic #health problem....
👤How do I know this, because I have a Chronic Condition that's with me for life!
Now a must read:-
➡️People with Chronic Illness often #worry about what will happen to them if their disease or illness becomes #disabling.
➡️They #fear that sometime in the future they may have #problems managing their lives and their #illness, who will be there for them moving forward.
➡️One way we can take action is to #plan to deal with these fears of the #future and take back control in an effort to #reassure things will be ok.
➡️With all the news and sadness in the world right now this is no better time than now, for YOU to take control and #support others in reassuring them of the options available to help them through their possible fears.
