We all know exercise and regular activity are vital to our #physical and #emotional health right..

.

Having a #chronicillness , growing #older or injury can make an #active lifestyle seem far away.

.

Some people such as myself may have stopped team #sports due to an illness, getting old or #injury .

.

So the question is. 'Do you want to be more physically active, do you miss socialising in a group or team, are you prepared to at least give it a goā“'

.

Well I do! What am I going to do about it... I made an #actionplan to reach my #peakeperformance at this stage in my fitness journey šŸ‘Š
