GOAL SETTING

🙄Knowing what you want, and where you want to be.

.

💪Creating your own #personal goals or #targets you want to hit is so important for #improvement and mindset.

.

👍You must give yourself clear #outcomes

at the beginning or you may lose your way.

.

🎖️A lack of #direction can lead to confusion and #procrastination...trust me I have been there many times!

.

➡️Start with being #specific - the pathway to #achieveyourgoals must involve #exercises

that are specific to your end goal.

.

➡️What would be the point in setting a 1 Rep Max when your goal is #endurance!

.

➡️An easy way to do this is know your end goal and set targets each week to #challenge

yourself moving forward.

.

➡️Your end goal and #timeframe

must be specific, and realistic (so it can be achieved in the timeframe allocated).

.

➡️Put your end goal and weekly targets where you can see them... like your mirror in the bathroom.

.

➡️Keep a notepad it #training diary so you can monitor your #progress.
