If you have the #knowledge to train, eat #nutritious foods, drink plenty of water and increase your #energy to get in better shape, you have the key to create better #habits
.
It will allow you to succeed and create #internal alignment to use these tools and create that #positive #mindset!
.
I have learnt the good habits, and have been where I wanted to be....
.
I'm now back to #transforming
those learnt habits to #sustain
the the #body I once had, prior to #stroke and #heartsurgery!

We all have #bad habits, we can also create and sustain good ones!
